TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Manifest

By accessing the GG Co. ecosystem and the Greatest Game trading interfaces, you establish a binding agreement to adhere to all maritime and digital protocols defined herein. If you do not agree with any dispatch, you must cease all uplink activity immediately.

2. Tactical Uplink & Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their strategic access codes. Any activity involving your verified ID is deemed your responsibility. GG Co. systems utilize AES-256 encryption; however, peripheral security remains the user's duty.

3. Marketplace Protocols

All trades, card acquisitions, and blueprint deployments within the Bureau of Commerce are final. GG Co. does not facilitate refund routes for digital assets once the ledger has been synced.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All interfaces, card designs, nautical charts, and tactical blueprints are the exclusive property of GG Co. Reproduction of any maritime asset without direct command authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

GG Co. shall not be held liable for any data salvage operations resulting from external breaches or user negligence. We provide the ecosystem "as-is," as defined by current trade route conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Manifest Collection

We collect essential telemetry including transaction history, manifest logs, and navigation patterns within the Greatest Game Ecosystem to optimize trading routes and security protocols.

2. Utilization of Intel

Your data is used to secure the tactical uplink, provide personalized dispatch alerts, and facilitate secure card transfers. We do not provide manifest data to third-party scouts without explicit authorization.

3. Encryption & Defense

All data packets are processed behind multiple layers of encryption. Our infrastructure is constantly monitored for tactical anomalies to ensure document integrity.

4. Access to Records

Users maintain the right to request a complete export of their manifest data or to formalize a request for data purging, subject to active trade route regulations.
